However if you have a below grade situation, or perhaps do not know if a 4" waste line can be reached but you can reach a 3" waste line (from a sink or shower), this is perfect. Total junk lasted a month and a half emailed hocanflo Nigeria reached out to Amazon they dont even have information for company and the only thing they will do is refund me once I send it back well I'm disabled and had to pay 1,200 to install plus 900 for toilet and I have to pay another 300 to remove and pay again to install new one in I wish I had that kind of money so my satisfaction. Will come when I take a sledge hammer to it because of this I will not purchase from Amazon ever again and I spent a lot with them ... show more

I’ve had issues with the grinder pump. Installed it in my guest 1/2 bath. It’s been used maybe - or 3 times at the most. I went to clean the bathroom on anticipation of guest coming to visit and the motor had seized up on the pump. I took it apart and got it to working again and it only worked for one flush and seized up again. I’m not sure what to do now since I haven’t used it enough to be inside the return policy. Current- The manufacturer of this toilet sent a new pump at no charge and it has been installed and is working properly. I have updated the review accordingly. Put in my basement. Only issue is figuring out the plumbing but it doesn’t draw that much amp load so you can put it on a light circuit just fine.

Was missing bolts for soft close seat and spacers for toilet bowl tank. Tank is lose and moves when in use. Called for replacement missing parts. I was told I would have to return the whole toilet and get sent another one. I had already installed the toilet. So now I have to go out and buy a seat and try to find rubber or plastic spacers for toilet tank. Not a happy customer! I’ll be out extra money. ... show more
