Description

Remember when you could adequately support both your miter saw and your work piece? With the WEN Collapsible Rolling Miter Saw Stand, you’ll have a sturdy and reliable support system for all your sawing needs. Three pre-mounted 120V outlets provide you up to 15 amps of power, meeting the needs of saws and tools of all sizes. Two 8-inch never flat wheels combine with foldable design for a safe and easy transportation and storage solution. The sliding arms extend anywhere from 32 to 79 inches in width, providing support for boards up to 10.5 feet long. Quick-release brackets tightly lock the miter saw in place for simple installation and adjustments. The 1-1/2-inch-diameter steel frame provides over 330 pounds of support to your saw and materials while the powder-coated finish prevents corrosion and marring to the stand’s body. Adjust the height of the detachable rollers to best match the specific requirements of your project. Both rollers also operate as work stops, helping make consistent and even cuts every time. The universal design allows for compatibility with the majority of miter saws on the market, including the entire WEN miter saw series. If you want to know whether or not your particular miter saw will fit onto the WEN Rolling Miter Saw Stand, simply measure the distance between the front and back mounting holes. If this distance is less than 15 inches and on a centerline, the stand will fit. And because it’s a WEN product, your miter saw stand comes backed by a two year warranty, a nationwide network of skilled service technicians and a friendly customer help line all to make sure you remember WEN.

  • Wen miter saw stand
Pattern Name: TOOLS Style: 330-Pound Capacity
The stand is great. Actually not that heavy. Made of good quality material. Easy to set up, and fold for moving around. The clamps for the miter saw hold on the stand tight. So there is no movement when running the miter saw. The little plug in port is not in the greatest of places. But you can still use them. I like how the two side arms can adjust out and up and down. Great product. ... show more

  • This is probably the best bang for your buck and has a VERY SMART overall design.
Pattern Name: TOOLS Style: 330-Pound Capacity
The first thing you SHOULD notice is the Dual Tube extensions. This is twice the support of the single square tube designs and because it is ‘spread out’ about 6 inches, makes the support MUCH MORE stable and has ZERO want of ‘twisting!” Each tube has it’s own setscrew handle too. The stock support rollers are what we call in the Engineering World, “VERY Meaty” with a good design along with the simple permanent step that you use for a material ‘bump stop.’ The handy outlet is an ‘off the shelf’ triple plug and mine actually came with an extension cord. The wheels are decent and are held onto a solid shaft with an “E” clip instead of lesser quality means. The Saw mounting is simple and clamps FAST as well as solid. The clamp action is very easy work with a mounted saw AND the ‘clamping action’ is actually adjustable for wear or preference! You can also simply pop the clamp handles ‘up,’ slid it either way to give you more length on either side and pop the handles back down. The Legs are sturdy, one has an adjustment to ‘even the stand out' on the floor and the material holder ‘fold outs’ on the legs are pretty darn “beafy” too! The few things that would make it almost perfect are a couple washers for the wheels against the “E” clips and “Stop Nuts” (plastic insert style or locking nuts) for the Handle and the mounting of the wheels. The Wheel mounts with bolts that actually also mount the Outlet’s Plastic Housing. Structurally this is acceptable, but you can’t expect a “Lock Washer” to hold without backing off from Saw vibration or rolling the thing around the yard. Trying to use a Lock Washer to fasten plastic never works anyway as the more you tighten, the more stress on the plastic, then it breaks. I replaced mine with two bolts/nuts each which was a simple step to make it so much better. Other notes: Yes, you have to take the saw off to move it. My saw alone weighs 45 pounds so I would not even attempt to leave it in place. The Saw mounting bolts are pretty small and I replaced them for my Saw. The Side supports actually move up and down at an ANGLE so instead of trying to place them precisely, get them to height and THEN simply move the saw. The saw can be located anywhere on the main tubes and with the extended tubes you can get more than 6 feet from the saw. If you need more length, or a need more strength, or you’re a contractor, this is probably not the Stand for you. PS. This is about the same as “amazon’s choice” that's about $20 more! ... show more

  • Not designed to be moved with saw atttached
Pattern Name: TOOLS Style: 330-Pound Capacity
The manual clearly states that there is a tipping hazard if the saw is attached when moving the stand. The wheels are narrowly spaced. Yet sme people complain about tipping, and so many people show pictures of the stand vertically with a modification so it will stand upright with their saw attached. Clearly, they didn't read the warning or aren't worried about their saw being damaged if and when the thing tips while being wheeled. Why they didn't make the wheels farther apart I don't understand. Having to detach the saw all the time kind of defeats the purpose of having a mobile stand. So only 3 stars for portability and maneuverability. Then there is the risk of the saw sliding down the rails when stored vertically (fixed with a screw or other stop on the rails). If you are going to keep the saw on the stand when moving it, try to keep the center of gravity between the rails. Otherwise, it is well-built, came nicely packed (see the complaints about the Delta packaging), and the instructions were easy to follow. No assembly tools are provided, and they omit to tell you that you also need a #10 hex wrench to adjust the rail grips for tightness. Given all the vibration, I would suggest checking the bolts and tightening periodically if necessary. All of that said, I am going to try to move my 12" beast on the stand with the help of another person to ensure it doesn't tip. For the money, and with the above caveats, not a bad mobile stand. ... show more

  • Easy to use, light. Plus the 3 plugs
Pattern Name: TOOLS Style: 330-Pound Capacity
It's light and easy to set up. Price is good, The 3 plugs were a bonus. The plastic handles where you press to release the legs seem a little cheap. But have worked fine so far. The extension arms are a little short, but they work fine. I Do not recommend rolling it with the saw attached because it will tip to a side. Broke my saw, but that's my fault. ... show more

  • Good quality
Pattern Name: TOOLS Style: 330-Pound Capacity
Just got this stand for my compound miter saw. Fits my ryobi perfectly. It was super easy to put together and came very quickly. I was able to keep my saw mounted to it store it in my shed. The wheels make it easy to move around. It is well built and easy to move the legs. The adjustable rollers are well built. Made out of decent thickness material. I like the electrical outlets it has on it. It is versatile, because you don’t have to unbolt the saw if you want to take it off. It has a quick release mounting system that is super easy to use. Overall very impressed with the product. Cons: I wish the legs were able to extend. I’m a tall guy and the saw sits fairly low. Not horribly, but if it were 3” taller I’d be happy. I’m very satisfied with my purchase! ... show more

  • Almost returned immediately, but it has promise
Pattern Name: TOOLS Style: 330-Pound Capacity
I bought 2 desks under the WEN name, so when I saw that on the box, I almost sent it back unopened. Unfortunately, it was a bundle, so I opened and tried it out. I expected it to be of the poorest quality and fold under any pressure, like the WEN work tables I got. It didn't. There are many great features, including sturdiness. Easy to use without much instruction, but portability is hindered by the wheels being too close together for to compensate for the "off" center of balance. There is only one problem that keeps this from being 5+ stars and that is poor engineering. The rollers are useless, as the table saw cannot use them because there are misaligned. I estimate every 30 feet it will lose balance and I have to upright it again. It is probably the best portable work table I've seen. It is a decent companion for "chop saw" miter saw, whatever you have. Too bad many of the cool features are unusable due to poor engineering. I'm keeping it, as it is good for a portable work table, even though it doesn't work well with my saw. ... show more
