    • Decent Home Workout Bench
As a weight bench, this is a pretty decent part of your home gym. Cushioning is good. I'd avoid the included rubber resistance bands. While it never happened to me, the bands kept unhooking from the bench as my son used it. Pretty dangerous if you plant this bench in front of the TV to watch while you workout (think metal carabiner shooting forward and hitting the TV screen). The extended headrest is a nice option, as is the bench's multiple angle adjustment positions. The bench arrived with an awful smell. It reeked of diesel fuel or some petrol product. After a month or so it's since faded for the most part. I probably would not recommend this bench for that reason. ... show more

This bench comes mostly assembled with just three pins to slide into place depending on how you want the seat angle arranged. Seems to support myself and numerous weight without any issue. I did remove one star as the resistance bands are very weak and don't offer much tension. One other item of note, when the bench is in it's folded up storage position, it either ends up standing on the headrest cushion or the end of square support beam - neither of which is ideal. ... show more

The bench has some decent costomizing options including foot rest position, incline/decline back rest, seat, and headrest postions. It feels large enough to do any workout and small enough to store easily. The material for the seats and back piece are nice but look like they're held together with single stitching instead of double. The bench comes practically put together already which I found to be very convenient. It seems to be made well, durable. The weight capacity is more then sufficient. The thickness of the pad is good, firm but not uncomfortably hard. This bench is ideal and gets the job done.

    • Good bench, will do the job!
Needed a solid work out bench and this one is doing just fine. After a month of daily use, it shows no signs of fatigue or wear. It has all the right positions to get a good well rounded workout. Assembly was easy, it came in a good size box, and had no problems.
