Item as described. Great customer service. There was a slight issue with one rollers under the seat, they responded within 24 hours and had a replacement out in no time at all.

It's not a bad unit if everything works out. Mine has no leaking or weird noise issues and it has better foot pedals then the obsidian surge which was the main reason I bought it. Any rower with tilting foot pedals is bad. The biggest issue is the monitor, it doesn't have a 500m split and its inaccurate. It does have a distance countdown which can still help you improve though. There is a slightly more expensive version with a monitor that has 500m split but again it's going to be inaccurate. It seems like all units below $500-$600 have inaccurate monitors. I knew what I was getting into buying this. If you need parts, support, guides and all that you're going to have to pay extra for it from a name brand. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Seller contacted me and replaced unit. New unit works great, no Loud screaming noise above water tank. I would buy again from this seller, they back their products and care about the customer.
