This smoker element looks well made and all the required parts were included. It was well packed. I had to return the element because the connection was not compatible with the smoker. All I had to go on was the photo. I wish the dimensions of the connector had been included as part of the description. ... show more

This worked well with my Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite. This is a new design from the original, but I like it because it puts more of the heating element under the wood chips with the zig zag shape. It heated up the smoker well and kept it hot without a problem in freezing temperatures. The install was easy. I didn’t even have to change out the mount for the element. The old one fit well. The one thing that I don’t like is that it doesn’t have temperature marks on the thermostat. I can understand why because this can be used for various sized boxes, but even if the temperature was wrong, it would be easier to find the close mark.     • Upgrade from Stock Heating Element
Much better and far more consistent than the stock heating element on the analog MES 30”. I think it will work for the Cusinart as well.
