These are airtight/leak-proof, well-sized for common pantry items like flour and sugar, and come with some nice touches that I didn't expect. First, they come with an assortment of black sticker labels and a white marker. I'm not sure how the white marker is able to write on the black labels, but it felt like magic and looks really nice in the pantry. They also come with measuring cups, one for each container, with divisions up to 1 cup, 8 oz, or 250 ML depending on which of the 3 sides you're looking at. Very nice to keep in the bin with my flour etc & saves me having to use and wash my more general purpose measuring cups/spoons every time I use it. The containers themselves have measurements on the side, only in liters for some reason. Quarts would have been nice. I tested the air-tightness by partially filling one with water, sealing it, and sloshing the water around with the container upside down, then turning it upright, repeating a few times focusing on different corners. I bought these for sugar and flour storage. They look good for the 5 lbs bags which is what I mostly buy. I noticed right off that the sidewalls of the containers are thinner that any previous containers I've purchased in the past. Is that an issue? Not sure but time will tell...

I did not have any trouble pulling the containers apart. They came well packaged like youโ€™d find in the store and packaged well in the shipping box. The containers are very nice. They are sturdy and the lids fit easily and with a tight seal. I tested each one with water. The only things I didnโ€™t like were you canโ€™t remove the rubber piece in the lids and after washing they still had a slight new plastic odor.
