I was worried about even purchasing this in the first place because of all the poor reviews about missing parts, no directions, etc. However, I really wanted this specific console because of the larger size and being a perfect match to other cabinets in my home, so I took a chance. All three boxes arrived at the same time the day after I placed my order! Additionally, all of the pieces and directions were included. There are some minor defects like a crack in the paint in the front face of the center base and a couple dings, but it’s overall good quality and the console feels sturdy. There are a lot of pieces to put together, but that’s why the price is so reasonable. Everything else that’s similar is at least double in price. The cabinet doors are soft close ones, and the directions were easy to follow, but it’s a long tedious process to get it assembled. The media could not be loaded. My wall is 162 inches long or 13 feet long and I needed a sturdy and durable fire place with height. I waited to find a good fit for my large wall that wouldn't look silly but gave me room to put other items on the side. As you can see it has the TV which is 55 inches and sits nice in the middle as I like things centered and In their proper place. I used blue wall tape to make the shape and size of each item to ensure it was centered. If you like bigger tvs then it might look even nicer. The actual fire place is white wood heavy stuff and measures 79 inches wide and 42 inches tall. I have not found a better deal for the size in any store or website. They shipped everything in 3 boxes and the fire place came first and the screen comes separately about one day later. It took me and my partner about 3 hours because I read carefully and make sure to understand step by step, but a person with no patience or experience can go a lot faster and mess up along the way. I would suggest doing it on a day where your kid won't ask many questions or touch anything !! and your partner has patience if you are like me, who likes to micro manage. The hardest part was figuring out how to mount the fire screen but it's not hard once you stare at the picture for a few minutes. I loved the final look and I look forward to decorating as the seasons change. I recommend for anyone and everyone it's super nice even more in person. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m torn on my review. I love the look of this and once together it’s pretty sturdy. The material is not the best and there are cracks throughout. I think this can be fixed with some caulk if I really want to try and hide it. Some holes don’t line up well with the screws. It takes a very long time to put together. Like a lot! It will eventually heat up our room, but the blower is pretty loud. The flame is not real looking at all, but it’s still pretty. You can choose between the classic fire color, or blue or purple. ... show more

I really like how this looks! I got it for the bedroom. It looks very nice! We did struggle a bit with it, but not as much as some others have stated. We didn’t have a clue how to stabilize the heater, but we were able to attach the bracket on top of the heater, by removing the center screw and re-attaching it along with the bracket. Then we used the two screws provided for the sides of the bracket and straight onto the wood. This helped stabilize the heater part. ... show more

This fireplace took my bedroom to another level. I am so happy with this piece, however, I have to add that there were some missing pieces that were important to making this piece a furniture sturdy and some of the holes were not there that were requires to join with other parts. Fortunately my BF is very good at this stuff and bought missing parts at our local hardware store and drilled where needed. This was easier than reboxing hundreds of parts and sending it back.
