Kindly Note： 1. The ice machine is not suitable for outdoor use. The high temperature will seriously reduce the ice production. Choose a well-ventilated area with the ambient temperature between 10°C (50°F) and 32°C (90°F). This appliance MUST be installed in an indoor area without wind, rain, water, spray, or drips. 2. The Ice Machine requires a continuous water supply with the pressure of 0. 04-0. 6 MPa (5. 8-87 psi). The temperature of the water inflow should be between 5°C (41°F) and 25°C (77°F) for proper operation. 3. Air-cooled ice machine relies on air circulation to dissipate heat, so it is necessary to reserve a certain space (5 inch for reference )before and after to facilitate heat dissipation. 4. To prevent any internal damage, it is very important to keep refrigeration units (like this one) upright throughout their journey. Please leave it standing upright and outside the box for 24 HOURS before plugging it in. 5. The filter element must be removed before using the filter, and the packaging film is torn off and then tightened. 6. Heat insulation function prevents ice cubes from melting for 5-7 hours. (The specific duration of ice cube is affected by ambient temperature. )(Suggested: Please transfer the ice cubes to refrigerator , if you don't use them instantly). 7. So far so good! Added a different filter for the ice maker. Not sure if it makes 80 pounds in 24 hours but it comes close. I have it set for thick cubes and they are great. I’ll update in a few months of using it. So far great machine!

The media could not be loaded. We originally received this ice maker damaged but it was just cosmetic and the return would cost the seller too much to be worth it so they agreed to send a drain pump to us as compensation. It worked ok for a few weeks. I clean it once a week but after awhile I noticed where the water drips down over the ice tray it started spraying all over instead. This spray not only melts the ice in the bin but hits the door then drips down the whole front exterior of the machine which is metal so it’s now starting to stain even though I try to keep it clean. I put a try under the unit to catch this dripping water but one day we came into our office to a SOAKING wet rug. The pump stopped working and all the water drain everywhere. I cleaned all the water and the machine and tried to see if the pump would start working again and nothing. We contacted the seller and sent all the photos and videos but they have yet to respond. This thing cost too much money to just sit here doing nothing so we are using it but I have to keep towels around it and buckets for the drain. This machine is crap and keeping it clean isn’t easy either with all the exposed parts inside the ice bin the whole design is crap. ... show more

Ice maker started working as soon as I installed it (after waiting 24 hours while it was in upright position). Makes plenty of ice. I didn't use the supply line/filter that came with it as I thought it looked like junk so I bought braided line and 5 year in line filter from Lowe's. Ice doesn't break up completely and even less if the box is full but it is easy to break with the scoop. No way this box hold 33 lbs but it is sufficient for my needs. Ice maker only gravity drains the meltwater, not mentioned in the listing. Nothing about having to buy a separate drain pump in the listing. Ice is very cloudy and not clear. there is no way the bin holds 33Lbs of ice, maybe ten, and not well insulated so there is a lot of melt.

Absolutely love this little ice maker. Everything installed without a hitch. We bought this considering my hubby and I were buying ice every day at $2.50 a day per bag. With both of us buying 1-2 bags a day, it made sense to us to buy this ice machine. It will have paid for itself in about 4 months or less.... doing the math. We live in Texas, so it's HOT! If you buy this little bad boy, all I recommend is that you keep your filter clean. Don't get frustrated if you get a code, cause it may be something very simple. The manual looks like it was translated to English. I found the legible manual online.. We have extremely hard water where we live. Just have to clean the filter more often than most. Also, if it isn't making ice, what happens is just move the ice away from the flapper. Give the flapper a little tap and it will begin making ice again. It makes ice really fast. We extended our drain line so it goes to my herb garden. Made things easy for watering. Again, we love this, and it is saving us a lot of money. We keep ours on the back porch covered and away from the elements of straight sun. Works like a charm! Don't pay attention to bad reviews cause this is an excellent product and worth every cent! ... show more
