I was so excited I didn’t wait for my husband and was pleasantly surprised when I realized I could put it together by myself, with no extra tools, in under 10 minutes. UPDATE - I love this chair! My husband loves this chair. My son loves this chair. It has become THE spot for the whole household. I can't get over how comfortable it is. Basically like sitting on a marshmellow. Better yet, a cloud. A fluffy, cozy, comfy cloud. Super soft and comfy, I can even cross my legs and meditate in it. I'm a 5'9" man 180lbs athletic build and it's spacious for me. The foot rest is nice but it actually angles upward (idk if that's a defect of mine) but it's also soft. It's almost perfect, but it lacks a head rest. So I can sit in this watching a movie and start dozing off and your head will just fall back and there's nothing to stop it lol so you'll just snap back awake. Would be nice to have something to rest the head on. Also you'll want a little throw pillow not just for aesthetic but a bit of lumbar support. ... show more

The padding is nice and plush, assembly was very simple. Only one box of pieces to put together! It sits pretty low to the ground but the swivel is very smooth. Super happy with it!
