Description

Waterbased Polyurethane Primer. This Surface Primer can be used directly or mixed with other Auxiliary products like Varnishes, Mediums, etc. It is recomended to avoid mixing Surface Primer with alcohol and/or solvents. Apply with airbrush or brush. This Surface Primer has a selflevelling matt finish of extraordinary hardness and resistence, and does not hide details. Perfect as a ground for plastic, brass, resin, etc. Surface Primer can be cleaned easily using water; for a more thorough cleaning we recomend Airbrush Cleaner (Ref.71.099) From the Manufacturer Acrylicos Vallejo The Vallejo Company was registered in New Jersey, U.S.A., in the year 1965. This is the first time I've purchased a primer for minis that was meant to be applied with a brush, as I didn't want to use spraypaint and don't have an airbrush setup. The primer does work well, though I had to apply 2 coats to the first miniature I used it on (which was a black plastic) as it is very thin and a single coat left a lot of bleed-through of the black color of the mini. I understand why this primer would be thin, as it does need to flow into the tiny nooks and crannies of miniatures, but it was almost too watery, making it a bit difficult to work with because I had to be careful that it didn't just run off when applying it. Overall, it does a good job, I think it would benefit from being a tiny bit less runny, however. ... show more

I like paint for sparying my warhammer models with, I wish the online store had all there colors and you can just select the colors you wanted most of time you can only find these vallejo in kits with other paints. I like Vallejo paints but its hard find colors you want no store has a complete of all colors. ... show more
