We've had this collar for over a year now with medium amount of use it's not always the collar we use we have a prong for when we go certain places but we use this quite often a few times a day we don't keep it on in the house but it looks brand new still. I love that it is waterproof and will not stink when our pup goes for a swim in the lake, which is all the time! We purchased the midnight blue and love the color! We also found out when you register the product they donate a collar and leash I believe to a shelter. So cool!

Just received and so far I’m really loving the quality. I will update after the dogs have worn them for a while to see how they’re working out. My dogs to not sit still for longer than a second so it’s hard to get a good pic. The shepherd/pit mix is 14 months and weighs about 70lbs. I bought him the green collar in large. I have it on the 3rd smallest hole so he has plenty room if his neck grew. The doodle is 7.5 months old, 30lbs and has the blue collar in medium. I have his on the tightest hole and it’s a tad loose but not enough to go over his head. I think it’s perfect! I also bought silicone air tags holders that fit perfectly with these collars as well ... show more

We can love our dogs and still admit that they stink, right? Our dog seems particularly malodorous, but that could just be because she lives in our house. Her collar, as always happens, had gotten to the point of perma-stench and had to be discarded. No amount of washing the collar can remove the inevitable perma-stench. After one month, this collar retains no odor. Some warm, soapy water once a week is all it takes, and there is no smell. I don't know that it needs to be washed once a week, that's just what I do.
