This removes well from epoxy. BUT... You will need to over cover with tape. Epoxy very easily defeats the adhesive and seeps out, so I re-tape with painters tape and then cover with packing tape. The adhesive side will leave a mat finish on the epoxy and the shiny side will leave a gloss finish. Works great once you use it properly. ... show more

    • Adhesion Not So Great
The adhesion isn't that great for this product, so I was somewhat disappointed. However, to be fair, I haven't experienced resin tape before, so maybe low adhesion is normal for this sort of tape. Still--it took some serious mashing down on my open bezel frames to get them to stay put on the tape, and sometimes the resin still managed to leak out underneath the frame and form a hardened puddle I had to snip off using some craft nippers. It'll work, but maybe not quite as much as the hype in the product description. ... show more

This tape doesn’t stick to bare plywood very well do applied polyurethane to the wood and sticks better. Still need a silicone release spray for epoxy work.

I love this tape for the fact it don't wrinkle up from the heat off the resin, the problem is I covered all my jigs with this tape and when I pulled project out of job all the tape came offof the jig. There is just not a strong abhesive to this tape at all.

I needed both sides to be non-stick but there wasn't any info I could find that specifies if they are. So, I bought the product, made a Test and here's a photo to show, BOTH SIDES, Adhesive and no Adhesive, ARE NON-STICK for Epoxy Resin. As can be seen In the photo, the Adhesive side releases cleanly, but also has a beading quality whereas the plain side tends to flow out. ... show more

It works great, amazing, as long as what you are sticking to it lays flat, otherwise resin will leak out. I didn't realize one piece wasn't quite perfectly flat and it ran out from under it.
