Overall, if you grew up in the 80s or 90s, and you find yourself longing for the time that is now seemingly past, pick a Trapper Keeper up. I say seemingly because a lot of companies are inventing a Time Machine without inventing a Time Machine. It’s so awesome that even just for a moment to be thrust into the past and relive the 90s. I think we need a revival of our innocence. This is a good thing because society now is awful. The binder holds all of your papers and can be used for not only school, but for anything you need to keep secure such as business papers. I use it for college but am going to get a couple more for bills and other papers that I need. The designs are fabulous, everything is just like I remember. Ok, so this was definitely a nostalgic purchase. I mean I am no longer in school and I just use this for writing things down. But it is definitely a great replica. Because many may not remember this, but the 80s one where horribly cheaply made, and so are these. The Velcro will eventually fall apart and the plastic flip cover will eventually start to crack. But why not one star vs the five stars I am giving it, because like I said it is exactly how the original versions were like. I didn’t expect high quality from this because back in the days these didn’t hold up. Nothing like taking your trapper keeper out your book bag only for the thing to break in half and all your notes from class falling to the floor. I remember that clearly. Just like the ones from the old days this one is a master of organization. It’s very durable. My only complaints would be no clip board inside and it only came with one pocket folder included and they are a little pricey but all in all worth the money.

Love this trapper keeper! It takes me back to high school when all the gals had 1 of these in all different patterns. It still works great for me to keep important paperwork for easy access. I bought the palm tree keeper. The colors are so vibrant & beautiful.

Now it’s been decades since I’ve seen a Trapper Keeper but from what I remember it looks the same. I got the Palm Tree version and I could swear there was one just like this waaaay back then. This is a fun item and I’m using it now to hold crochet patterns 😆yep I’m old now!
