Purchased and used for United Airlines personal item and it was the perfect size! Was easily able to fit enough clothes, toiletries and an extra pair of tennis shoes for a 4 day trip. This is a great size, fits a lot of stuff and still tucks under the seat, rides easily on top of another bag- but it’s not as robust as I would like. After one month of hard use the handle is bent (still telescopes up and down, fortunately). It does roll well and the pockets are well designed but it really needs a better design for the strap handle. You can’t have the strap handle velcroed closed and open the main part of the bag; if you tilt it to roll with the handle hanging, the handle drags on the floor. It would work much better to have a fixed strap handle on the top, and could benefit from a shoulder strap. ... show more

I bought this to give my shoulders a break from the heavy bag I usually carry to work and back. It is roomy and the many pockets/compartments make it easy to carry all the pens, office supplies and personal items I like to have with me. My only issue would be the rounded opening as it is hard to fit binders through the opening. Otherwise, it has held up well and I have shared the link so many times because everyone likes the color and size. The plug for recharging items provides peace of mind.
