These couldn't have been easier to assemble and install, just remember to turn the switch on (which is located under the solar power pack). The lights are on sturdy enough "branches" to hold them upright but soft enough to loosely drape and move with the breeze. The lights stayed on for many hours into the night and were nice and bright. I placed them in some bushes, making sure the solar power pack would be exposed to the sun, and they were a really fun addition to my backyard scape. I wanted to add some light to our front yard which is fenced in. I have bird feeders and wanted to be able to see at night if there were raccoons or skunks in the yard before I went outside, (and maybe discourage the animals) and I wanted something pretty. My Tonulax Solar lights light up even on cloudy days and they are just right, enough light but not too much. I love that they are pretty. We don't get much wind here but they look twinkly. I even bought more and placed them at the edge of plantings along the fence. I love them. Couldn't wait to put them out, but I didn't expect them to already be lit up when it got dark a few hours later. They look so good, and they're brighter than I expected. I really enjoy these lights. I have bought them twice since last fall and I may be done now, maybe not. They’re in a spray arrangement to mimic fireflies. I have them tucked into the bases of rhododendron and other shrubs. I have a spray that I’ve attached higher up on a branch as well. I have plenty of wind where I live but they don’t sway as much as I thought. It is currently still winter here though. I’ll be curious to see how they move in the summer when the material is warmer. I don’t really care if they move a lot or not, I still like them. They make me smile when I look out into my backyard seeing the clusters of little lights glowing. The light is a soft light not a bright white. Very pleasant. I wish they offered more than a 4 pack! ... show more

These lights were exactly as I had hoped. I nestled them within the branches of the bushes I wanted lit and so far they are working very well. They are getting some sun but not fully. They may not stay lit all night but that is fine for my needs. I appreciate the softer glow too!
