As for installation, it has pockets in the back of the mirror to accept the screws and the template provided was worthless for the horizontal mounting. I carefully measured and then marked the positions on the wall which worked perfect, but, you have to be pretty much dead on with your measurements. This mirror looks good and is sturdy. I have it now installed and happy with the look. However, provided template sucks. I'd say it is The Crappiest template I had. Do not take me wrong pls.
