Expected to receive a new device but a used one was sent. Highly upset at whoever thought it was ok to send a used Hearing aid. Addendum, I tired to clean it (nasty) to at least try it. All I could was ear piercing shrill feedback. Almost as it it had been used for months.

It is a good idea to have a portable charging case. Unfortunately, this device just does not work well. It is way too big to fit into my ear. It constantly squeal with high-pitch sound which drives me crazy. I guess it is caused by leaked sound because of the unfit device. I cannot adjust the volume without a magnifier. The packing is ok but there is no power adapter. Have to purchase a power adapter. Now.. I am returning this item, and my expense on the power adapter is wasted. ... show more
