There’s no leaking out of the pods and they smell amazing and they’re a lot larger than your regular ones that I normally purchase which the ones that come in the bag with the fresh Downey performance everything about them was wonderful and you get a lot more for your money, I will be purchasing these because they’re cheaper on Amazon ... show more

    • Here's the secret to loving these pods

The convenience of this product along with my family's lengthy love affair with Tide (my grandmother would never have dreamed of using anything else in her wringer washer) makes it the laundry detergent today of choice in my HE washer even after a few mishaps. It is remarkably simple - throw in a Tide pod, load your clothes and hit the button to wash. Done! HOWEVER, there have been a few ruined clothes along the way until I learned what I was doing wrong. You must put the Tide pod in first and pile the clothes on top. This gives the pod time to start dissolving before the actual "washing" begins. Second, and most importantly, never use it with cold water AND a super short cycle. The pod must have time to properly dissolve so your clothes don't come out with purple blotches. After this happened a few times, I almost quit using the pods for good. But after going back to the "measure and dump" method of detergent, I quickly decided to go back to pods and just keep a small bottle of liquid detergent on hand for short, cold loads. ... show more

I only use Tide to wash my clothes. It gets all the tough stains and dirt out of my clothes. My skin loves it and I've never had an issue with Tide. I was a little late on switching to pods, but glad I did. So much easier than liquid detergent and less mess.
