    • Amazing mouse for the price but....
So I bought this mouse to replace my old Piktek PC255A mouse which - if you look it up - IS this mouse. Piktek apparently folded as a company and it seems this new company acquired the rights for their products. The thing is, this new company doesn't supply the drivers on their site and without that software you can't program the mouse buttons, sensitivity, lights, etc. I was about to return it but a thought came to me and I hunted down the software for the PC255A. This mouse is virtually the same in every way aside from the branding and model number, surely the software works for it too right? And it does! For those of you who want the software just do a search for "Does anybody have drivers for PC255A gaming mouse?" and the first link should be a reddit post. The top response to the post is a google drive link to the PC255A programming software which WILL work with this mouse. (I'd put a direct link here but it's against Amazon's review policy to include external links) Overall this is a really good mouse. It punches way above it's price-point in features and quality. The extra buttons are well placed and overall the mouse itself fits in my larger hands quite comfortably. I like it so much that when the fire button started sticking on my old one I went and got this because I really wanted the same mouse. That said, I am giving two stars in light of the lack of official software support from the new brand. If they fix this I will gladly update it to 5-stars but without that software it simply doesn't have the same potential. ... show more

    • Decent but lacking support and software
Since i bought this mouse, the manufacturer (tecures) website has been offline. I tried looking for the drivers on other sites with no luck. So there is no way to program the side buttons on the mouse. I didnt see any review addressing this. If this is a gaming mouse with programmable buttons, than it is not serving its purpose with no software to run it. The mouse itself is comfortable to hold. Bad if u wannt use it at night: All of the button clicks are VERY loud and sounds cheap. good RGB : Mouse has smart setting that turns off the lights when u actually move it and tuns back on when idle. thats good for battery life, as RGB isnt really visible when u are covering the mouse with your palm. also multile settings can be set with the button on the bottom of the mouse. Battery life: Its been holding the initial charge i gave it for a week now. havent turned off yet. Had the software thing wasnt an issue, it give it 4 starts due to price. 3 stars is max atm. ... show more

It does exactly what I needed it to do with having to drag a cord around. Its easy to use for on the go with my laptop. No more wrapping up a corded mouse. It's a very nice mouse. I am happy with it & I would recommend it as well.
