This is my 3rd TCL Roku TV. Super easy to add your streaming channels and connect to the internet. We've had cable, now we use YouTube TV. Can watch youtube videos, can stream to it from a number of sources. Great bargain. We don't need the highest 4K - we just watch TV. Sound - I recommend getting external speakers. The media could not be loaded. Just unboxed and set it up today. Sitting down now an hour later and watching a movie. The picture quality is great and for a smaller size tv it feels a lot larger than it is. I actually like all the Roku options which surprised me because normally for me the simplistic the better. Small, speed is good, quality is good, value for the money yes, sound is a bit off (your gonna think your deferred because of how loud you need to turn it), streaming is easy, and picture has the quality. After troubleshooting with me over the phone for about an hour they immediately started the process to send me a new one. I didn't even have to goo through the trouble of sending the old one back.
