The design of this thing is amazing. I don't think there's a product with this design at this price range that can even come close to comparing. It's study, it's deep basket can hold a lot and I don't have to worry about it. The variety in colors they provided was awesome Everything about this product I adored. Except... I am utterly heart broken to return it because it didn't fit my oval pool frame by like half an inch. Sellers if you're seeing this please make two hook sizes, the regular one and a larger on for oval or squared pool frames. You'd get so much more business. ... show more

I was really bummed that these didn't work on my Intex pool. I have the 18' x 52" pool and they were not able to hook to the side. Great quality though, I ended up returning them.

It was two baskets , one came broken. We are only able to use one basket , the other basket came broken. The seller contacted me and rectified the issue . They sent out a new basket very quickly. We are very satisfied with the way it was handled , we would definitely order again . The seller was very professional and prompt in handling the issue. We would recommend this seller. I love how easy this was to set up. The padded hooks make it easy to hook it on to the side of the pool and a piece that attaches underneath, keeps it from sloping back and keeps it level with the pool. A great place to keep sunglasses, drinks, goggles, small toys, etc.

We have the Intex Ultra XTR pool and unfortunately this basket does not sit level on this pool. There are two hooks to hold it onto the pool, then a length-adjustable leg for the side of the pool, however with the length at it's shortest possible, the basket sits tilted towards the pool rather than level. That might be ideal for some, but I would prefer it be flat as the images from the manufacturer suggests. If I could provide feedback to the manufacturer, it would be to shorten the adjustable leg, or design a different solution for leveling the basket. ... show more
