I love the outlets on multiple sides, so cords can lay flat on the floor, not be bent while plugged it. It's important to me because I don't want to risk damaging a cord from long-term bend, like a TV cord that stays plugged in. I bought my son another monitor for his birthday this year and wouldn’t you okie it, we were a plug short. I managed to find a three plug 15 foot extension cord to use for the time being but knew I’d want something less cluttered. It wasn’t until I got a new kitchen cart that I actually went looking. I knew these 3 sided surge protector power strips existed, I own one with 24 plugs, our game room has a lot plugged into our tv and we don’t have enough plugs in the entire room to plug into what we have on one wall, lol. As I was saying, I knew of their existence so I went looking for one that didn’t have as many as mine did but it needed to have more than 8 plugs. I didn’t hesitate to purchase this one when I found it, the cord was the perfect length, had one more plug than what I needed and was inexpensive! When it arrived, I opted to mount it to the underneath of my son’s desk, using double mounted sticky tape. I have quite a few of those bulky box like plugs plugged into it and there is plenty of room between them so I don’t fear a plug becoming unplugged, especially considering they’re hanging upside down. I also love how compact this power strip is, it’s half the size of the one I just replaced.     • Lots of jacks but weird layout

So.... you can plug stuff into the top, or into the front edge, or the back edge. If you've got power bricks, they may clash so the effect number of outlets is reduced. A power switch is on the end of the unit, not nearly as visible as when on top, but that's not really a problem. This thing works, but I think I'll get a different style next time I need a power strip. ... show more

This is actually a very nice power strip! It is nice and compact and has plenty of outlets on three sides. You can just attach it the wall and make it a nice convenient outlet. SO far been using it for a few months, and so good!

Was able to use these to help run electricity to corresponding projector and motorized pulldown screen. I like the fact that the cord is long enough, and that there are plugs around the perimeter. The fact that you can fasten these to the walls helps with the element of cord management.
