Tore ligaments in my knee and, while healing, gradually built up to using a really nice recumbent bike at my physical therapist. Then I wanted something for home, to help me build strength on a daily basis. BUT I did not want to spend a lot. Was going to look at second-hand ones for sale in my city, but then saw this for $200 with great reviews. Got this bike and it is fantastic. Delivery guys put the box in our front entry and since it is 65-ish lbs, we managed to get it to its final room without trouble. Awkward to put together, but relatively easy to put together - all steps except 1 is very simple, the 1 slightly harder step we worked out with patience and the direction diagrams. VERY stable. Since my knee is still far from 100%, it was important that this bike not be tippy. It is rock solid and not wobbly in any direction. We have it on carpet. It is also easy to stand up from the bike seat - 2 sets of handles to help and since it is overall stable…very easy to push up and stand. Resistance goes from almost 0 to higher than I can do right now. Smooth action of cycling at my current level. Son took it up multiple levels and really gave it a go - still smooth action. Silent when cycling. Seat and back rest are comfortable - although I added a small pillow on the seat for extra cushion. Also added some c-clamps to front handle to have a shelf for my iPad. Seems solidly built and does not seem like it will fall apart. Small footprint overall, and digital readout runs on batteries (so no cords to trip over). I did not expect a lot for $200 and this FAR FAR exceeds my expectations. ... show more

I am quite pleased with this machine. I am 87 years old and using it to get back in shape after a considerable period of immobility caused by nerve pain and other foot problems. Adjusting the seat and tension is quite simple and all parts seem to be of high quality. It takes up very little space and is easy to move around. I would not say it was easy to assemble. I recently got the Sunny Health & Fitness Magnetic Recumbent Bike, and overall, I'm pretty happy with it. Assembly was a breeze, which is always a plus. The bike itself is quite light and compact, making it easy to move around and it doesn’t take up too much space in my room—perfect for my setup. The build feels sturdy, giving me a solid workout session every time. However, I was a bit let down by the SunnyFit® App. I was excited about the feature that lets you ride on various maps, which it technically does, but the options are pretty limited and don't add much to the experience. I find myself sticking to a simple timed workout instead. Despite the app's shortcomings, the bike itself is a great piece of equipment. This bike ticked all the boxes. Bike parts and hardware were conveniently packaged seperately, with step by step assembly instructions. Compact and sturdy, it takes up a minimal amount of space. It is quiet and smooth, and easy to use. Great entry level low cost home hobby gym stationary bike. Easily adjustable seat, which is also comfortable. Quick resistance adjustment. Convenient computer. All of this at the lowest price possible. So skip the hefty gym membership, and start a home workout with this bike.

    • Very quiet and easy to use

The machine was complete and easy to assemble, except for the resistance cable as it is slightly too short, but we finally got it hooked up. The machine is heavy duty and strong, which surprised me for a China made product. It's easy to use with the adjustable seat and resistance. The resistance levels do make a big difference. I'm using the machine for in home therapy to help me recover physically from a stroke I had last summer. It seems to be doing the job and I consider it to be a great buy for the quality of the machine and the workout I'm needing for my legs. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about buying a recumbent. It's perfect for in home use as it is very quiet. I have mine in the living room so I can watch TV or a movie while using it. I am enjoying using my cycling bike. Nice size, not too big. The seat is actually comfy and love the easy adjustment for the seat. The pedals are wide, I never attached the pedal straps, I am comfortable without them. Not really sure how accurate the Heart rate is on the monitor, but it has the distance, calories burned, timer, etc…You can delete the monitor readings by pressing the “Mode” button on the monitor for a few seconds, it will start at zero except for, what I believe, is the total distance. It took my husband and I approximately 30 minutes to put together. All parts were there. I read the directions and he put it together.
