The SPX4003 Ultra is a solid reliable electric pressure washer. Comes with great accessories and performs as well as the spx 4004 max. The downfall is the vary nozzle wand. On fan spread it does not cut through mold or mildew as well as the interchangeable nozzle tips offered on other sunjoe pressure washers. Luckily I still have the hose and wand from my burned out 4004 max. Although the 4003 ultra is 100 psi less than the 4004, I personally can not tell a difference between the two.     • Nowhere even close to pressure advertised.
Nowhere even near the pressure advertised. I tried all adjustment settings and I even put a better (Ryobi) hose and gun on to test but pressure was not much better than a high pressure garden hose. If you use the highest pressure setting, the water shoots out pencil thin so it’s no use for cleaning driveways etc. unless you want to clean in 1/4” Wide strips (you’d be quicker with a toothbrush and garden hose). The motor sounds cheap, and the fittings/hose are definitely cheap. I connected the gun and hose (steel) from my Ryobi which is what I was replacing after many years Great use. I was hoping that if I got better pressure and a wider spray pattern that I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of returning, and while the width of spray was way better, the pressure was not. I should have gone with my gut and not my wallet, and just spent the extra on a trusty, and powerful Ryobi; the Ryobi I’m replacing is only 2000psi and way more powerful. Trust me, spend the extra and get a Ryobi instead of this “as seen in tv” POS. Snow Joe is more like Snow blows! ... show more

    • It's light weight and works good.
I like that it's electric and was a good price. It works pretty good. I don't like the spray wand because you can't change nozzles. You have to get an extra wand for that. I did.

    • Pressure washer has no tips for the wand!
The media could not be loaded. Can’t use a pressure washer without the tips. This product doesn’t supply tips. It only works on the brushes that it supplies. What a wast of good money if you can’t pressure wash your decks.

Only con I can point out is the gun and the seals it broke on me a couple times might be because the high pressure hose is not that flexible and certain angles it would tear the seals so definitely upgrade to a better gun and high pressure hose and it works great ! ... show more
