The media could not be loaded. So far it does what it is supposed to do and does it very well. I've had this for almost three months and I use it daily. Size: It's lightweight and small enough to find storage for in my limited space. Heat/Steam: It heats up quickly and puts out a good amount of steam. Attachments: I only used the extra attachments once for the grout in my bathroom, they worked really well and much faster than scrubbing, however, I haven't used them since. Convenience: The reservoir doesn't need to be emptied in between uses so it's easy to use daily, I just plug it in and fill it when it gets empty. The only inconvenience is the pads. They're not bad but they get dirty quickly, I usually have to use both if I mop the whole house. Replacement pads: The Steam and Go brand pads are more expensive than other brands but the velcro makes it difficult to find off-brand replacements. ... show more

This little floor cleaner is so versatile. I just recently moved to a 2000 sf home and cleaned all my floors with this floor steamer. It feels very light and has so many accessories. I love how fast it got to steaming hot and how well it cleaned the floor.

To start it arrived on time. The assembly was easy. We were both overwhelmed and pleased with the number of accessories, and it was very well-built. We especially like the long cord, which allows you to wander around cleaning any area without unplugging and start over again somewhere else. I adore a good steam mop. This one does the job and does it well. My issue is with the water tank and the cleaner tank on the mop head. It is IMPOSSIBLE to fully drain either one to ensure that mold doesn’t grow. It does not matter which way you shake, wiggle, scream at the tanks that will get all that fluid out. I’ve left it upside down in my tub for 24 hours and still was left with a decent amount of liquid in the mop head tank. ... show more

I had purchased a similar steam mop a while back and the pads for the bottom were attached with five velcro on the bottom. The velcro on the pads would get worn out and not stick to the mop well so I wanted to find a replacement. I went through a few before I found this one and I LOVE it. The pad doesn't use velco like the other one did but it's similar and sticks WAY better. It seams up quickly and the steam actually goes through the pad to the floor and cleans. I haven't tried the other attachments but for the mop part, this works great. Only TWO things I am not a fan of. One thing is that the cord wrapper at the top and bottom are not in line with each other so it just wraps weird. The second thing that I'm not a fan of is how it connects the bottom and top part. If you extend the handle all the way up and are pushing it, if it gets difficult to push, the top of the steamer pops out. I had to unscrew all the screws and push it back in. I no longer pull the handle all the way up which seems to have helped prevent this from happening. Other than those two things, this steamer is pretty close to perfect for me. ... show more
