I was a little skeptical because this cabinet is about one-third the price of others I was looking at so I thought there would be some corners cut but ended up pleasantly surprised. The packaging was done expertly; taped thoroughly and the cabinet is protected by an inner lining of hardened cardboard corners, a thin foam wrap and then Styrofoam bricks and sheets so everything was pristine. The hardware is packaged in individual baggies and labeled with the part number that corresponds to the instructions. All of the pieces of the cabinet were also labeled in the same way. Instructions were exceptionally good including very precise drawings and a full-size booklet making it easy to read. I assembled it fully within an hour and had to adjust the doors horizontally which is effectively explained in the instructions. The hardware in my house is a dark nickel so I swapped out the knobs to match. The surface finish on the cabinet is as good as my custom-made closet shelving and drawers. It is so well done from start to finish that IKEA could learn an awful lot from these folks. ... show more

Used for additional bathroom storage. Purchased 2 and each one was missing a part: plastic strip for the back and the measure strip for installation. My husband is pretty handy and continued with assembly with no other issues.

Easy instructions everything numbered and with letters. Looks very nice better than I expected it would for the price. I was very impressed. It is made so well and they packaged it very good to avoid damage.. was worried because the case was tore.. but not a mark on anything. I won't hesitate to order from this company again. This wall cabinet was packed well, but it had several defects, and as other's have mentioned, the cabinet reeks of formaldehyde. I immediately emailed the company, and a company rep said they would issue me a $20 partial refund. Rep said it would take 1 to 3 business days. I was pleased how fast they responded, but I have NOT received any refund after 7 days. UPDATE: The company did come through with the refund. I still wouldn't rate this cabinet any higher than a "3" because of the poor quality control, and the horrible off-gassing. Many people had problems with the doors going inward, but this is resolved simply by installing the shelf, and using 2 clear bumper pads on the edge of it. I had no problems adjusting the doors. It just takes patience aligning them. BTW, the instructions are easy to understand, so I'm not sure why so many people are having a hard time assembling this cabinet. ... show more
