Very sturdy, and I am pleased with the "extras", you get double of all the bags. Two divided cloth bags for lining the hamper so one can go in the laundry and be easily replaced. Mesh bags that are packaged so well, they even turned them inside out so the zipper wouldn't snag. Several sizes of mesh bags that would be great for travel or any other storage/organization needs around the house. You could put your cell phone cords and accessories in them for example. Putting the hamper together is super easy, it comes with a small wrench to screw in the 4 screws. It also has 4 plastic feet that get screwed in to protect your floor and the bottom of the hamper. The lid is super sturdy, so you can use it to set things on. I don't think you could put really heavy things on it, but I use it to set my make-up case and mirror on when getting ready for the day. This hamper is exactly what I was looking for. Although the wicker is synthetic- it still looks really nice and does not have a weird smell. It was easy to assemble. I haven't had any issues with the bag slipping and I find it holds a lot of clothes on both sides. Since it is a little big to move around and I keep the bag tied up inside, I just use a small laundry basket to transfer my clothes to the washer. I am super happy with this purchase! ... show more

This is a small clothes hamper and absolutely perfect for a guest bedroom closet. But if you are looking for something for the whole family you better look for a larger one. But this one is easy to assemble, looks good, and is inexpensive.
