I love these tights! I ordered two sizes and kept both. I'm 5'5" 144 lbs size 4-6 in pants. I usually ordered the medium and they fit ok, but the large I ordered is more comfortable. I kept them both in case I got one dirty. The sheerness is like that of the dancer's tights which look like flawless skin. Once it's time to reorder I'll be getting these. I was worried that these would be too tight in the waist, but after reviewing the answers to my question, I chose the size 4(L) in Indigo and Natural. I am 5' 6.5" tall and they fit me perfectly and have plenty of stretch in the waist so are not too tight at all. Haven't had them long enough to judge their longevity, but if they last well I will update this post. They are nice and soft with a matte finish. There is a very slight sheen to them if you get in the right light, but for the most part they are matte finish. These are not seamless. They do have a seam across the toes and up the front and back in the crotch area, but they are soft. Like other tights of this type the indigo pair kind of changes colors and opacity depending on the light and how tightly they are stretched over your skin. I have seen other asking about compression. I don't see where these mention they should be compression type. They don't seem to be and that is not what I wanted anyway, so they are fine to me. I am updating my review to take away a star... Although overall they look OK, they do have flaws in the finish that bother me. In some colors it is easier to see than others. You can see it in my photos if you look closely... There are variations in the color (stripes) that show up in certain lighting conditions. The blue color showed it more than the natural, but they are there. The blue ones I purchased also had a small hole right by the sewing in the crotch area that ripped the second time I wore them, so they do have some issues. 2ND UPDATE: After my last review, I was contacted by the Sofsy vendor who were very nice and helpful about my review. They shipped out a new pair of the tan tights that I requested and they are perfect. I added three more photos. I can find no imperfections in this pair and am very pleased with the support I was given. I have to add again that I really like the Sofsy waistband because it is not so tight. I added back a star for the great customer support and the fact that the replacement tights seem perfect. Great job... Thanks! 3RD Update: Just a sizing note... I am 5' 6" tall and weigh around 140 pounds. I have decided that the Medium size is perfect for me. They have a nice stretch and the large will do, but it is just a little loose. I got these tights for a Halloween costume and they held out both days I used them! The first time I wear tights a run usually happens so I was surprised when I didn’t rip these or start a run! Would purchase again if necessary

I bought these because I wanted them to look nude and NOT be sheer. The item description says they're opaque, but they are just regular old cheap-style tights. NOT worth the cost. Just go to the department stores and pay $5.

What I liked about these were that they were soft and fit great. What I didn’t like, was they snagged really easy and they don’t hide what they claim. Other than that, they are nice to wear.

I had compartment syndrome which caused severe swelling in my leg. While I wore heave compression during the day, I was not supposed to while sleeping so the swelling would return every night.
