During the Prime Day sales, a friend actually shared a screenshot of her recommended items and I saw these. After I bought them the similar item I had been using got lost. So I was really thrilled these came in. I still haven't found my original one, lol. I didn't realize they came 2 to a pack. I'm a little on the thick side and these fit well. I like that the extra band is not attached. I haven't actually used that. Now if I'd had these when I first sprained my foot I would probably have used it a lot. I like it. Just put it on, will wear it to work and on the golf course. Only concerns are its not overly tight and you are very limited in how tight you can make it. I will be curious to see how much support it provides or whether I need to pick up something that is going to be sturdier and locks ankle in better. I need this support on my good right foot and ankle because I had left foot arthroscopic foot and ankle surgery a month ago and am on a knee scooter for awhile. i wear size 9 women's us (~40-43 uk) and it fits and works well. i guess i have a bum ankle, so it hurts to walk on, like a roll every so often, and i decided it was frequently enough that just ace bandages weren't helping. it fits well, doesn't cut off blood flow and compresses enough that i can walk, run and dance on it again. the strap adds extra support, but when i wrap it around my ankle it doesn't fit super tightly so i dont use it much. ... show more

I bought one a 5-6 months ago because I’ve been having a ton of pain in my ankle. I have screws (10) & plates in it from an accident 20 years ago and I’m pretty active still. I assume arthritis is settling in but some days it’s so painful and locks up. I’ve we had X-rays recently the hardware is all still in place. I figured I’d try a brace, I have one that’s ok. I started wearing this everyday and sometimes just the sleeve without the wrap. It made a HUGE difference! The pain finally subsided and I went weeks without pain. I had stopped wearing it for a bit but then last night the pain started again. It hurt to walk. I wore the brace today to walk the dog, run errands and I was pain free. I now have two so I have one on laundry day. I’m so glad I found this, it’s made such a big difference in quality of life and I can go about my day with little to no pain. Wore this after a heel fracture per doctor's recommendation. The sleeve is very comfortable by itself and stabilizes the ankle. Add the strap for more support as needed. It may take a few tries to get the strap exactly how you want it, avoiding shoe edges or tucking into shoe. But once you find your proper placement this makes enough of a difference you will find yourself seeking it out. Functional easy design to wear and pack in a small bag if you need to being a foot brace. For me the strap was too short so I had to wear it tighter than I should to get the Velcro to secure.
