In the three days we slept on this inflatable mattress, we had an excellent experience. Very easy and fast to inflate, not quite King size but more comfortable for two than a Queen size air mattress, it seems to be quite sturdy and wonderfully TALL. A great deal for the money so far. I was very disappointed in this product because as I was reading the paperwork I noticed it said that it sagged.... Which means that it would deflate slowly through the night and that was sickening because my guests didn't get any sleep because they had to keep blowing it up ALL THROUGH the NIGHT. What a waste of my money and I couldn't return it because by the time I found this out I had it too long ... show more

Others, I'm sure, have had a better experience in purchasing this item, but I haven't. For starters, I'm 67, have fairly sever back issues and an inflatable mattress works best for me. Unfortunately, I, as most my age, live on a fixed income, so I purchased this one. I'd gotten my monies worth out of the $60 one that finally bit the dust, so I took another chance. Like I said, "don't bother". Not if you really have to have a good air mattress, 'that works'. This one would've been okay, if it worked, but obviously, it did not. I rec'd it last Friday (2/23), allowed it to warm up, gently unfolded it and slowly aired it up. Altogether taking 4hrs to complete the task, per the directions and just plain common sense. Well, here it is, the following Wednesday (2/28), and it has yet to hold air! Leaving me to add more every 1-2hrs, if that, and depending on how long I'd care to put up with my back hurting, as I slowly sink toward the floor. Then, after selecting another at almost 3Xs the $, Amazon can't get it to me before next Wednesday, on 3/6. On top of which, they couldn't even manage a same day pick up of this @%!^#. Which leaves me to go through this again, including the 3 calls I've already made, to arrange a separate pick up date for the return. It's like I'm paying to work for them! \o/ WTH! Last, and actually least, is the fact that this supposed '22in high, Queen air mattress', is more like 'full' size and 20' in height, at best. I know, because the one that just went south on me is a true 22in, queen. That, and I spent a number of years in the moving business, so I know a queen, when I see one. No pun intended. Update: Before I reached out to the manufacturer, I decided to take one more good look around the air mattress just to be sure there were no holes/punctures that I missed when I looked previously (I’d hate to accuse the company of poor quality if it really isn’t their fault). Upon a much closer inspection, I found a very tiny hole in the top of the mattress…likely from my cat. I thought we did a good job of keeping the cat out of the guest room when the mattress was out, but clearly we weren’t careful enough. Thankfully the air mattress came with a patch, so I was able to seal off the puncture. It will likely only be temporary, as it’s on the top which is a velvet-like material, but if it gets us through the holiday and company, I’ll be happy! With that being said, I updated my stars from 2 to 4, as this issue was not due to the quality of the air mattress, and I will order a new one after Christmas. Original review: I bought this air mattress in August. It’s only been used a handful of times, and it is no longer holding air. I haven’t found any holes/punctures, so I’m not sure where it’s leaking from. We have company coming in town for Christmas, and I now have to figure out where they will be sleeping, since this air mattress is now unusable. Super disappointing, considering this was a very comfortable and easy-to-inflate mattress! I didn’t purchase the extended warranty because, with the amazing quality they advertised, I didn’t think I’d need it…and I certainly didn’t think I’d have issues only 4 months in with limited use. I’m going to try to contact the manufacturer and see if they can help in any way. If they do, I will update this review. ... show more

I purchased this queen size airbed back in August of 2023. I inflated the bed and used a couple of times. The next time I tried to used on November 6, 2023 and noticed the bed was losing air. I was finally able to find the source a hole was in the seam of the air bed. I put the patch that comes with the bed on. This still did not resolve the issue. I then sent an email to infosleeplux.net on November 8, 2023 and to date, I still have not heard back from them. Besides not getting any response back, this bed is very comfortable to sleep on and also has a USB port for convenience. ... show more

I’ve had a few air mattresses. 1. Follow directions that are enclosed. People figure you inflate and you’re good to go, but I’ve been through a few different brands and models. Directions are there for a reason. Its great quality. Inflates well. Stays inflated but its a process the first week or so (as stated in directions) I have a bad neck so the pillow part doesn’t work well for me, so I just put my head at bottom of bed … no big deal Price point is perfect. I have had more expensive & less expensive. This one is perfectly perfect. PSA: if you sit on edge of any air mattress for extended periods of time, it will slowly leak and be useless after awhile. Again read the directions Highly recommend if you have no neck issues ... show more
