It worked great for the first 10 months, then it suddenly started going to black screens, shutting off and the only way to get it to turn back on was to manually power down several times to regain images.

I got to say after waiting to upgrade for a good 5 years and finally getting this...it is a huge step! my last pc had a graphics card of GTX 1060 6GB with a i5 4th gen CPU, with this it is 3 times the power I'm getting from it, plus more ram! NOW...lets talk about the pros and cons, PROS: you can play any games you throw at it, as an example, remake of DEAD SPACE, max settings 1440p and getting a good 120fps new COD game max settings, 1440p at 144FPS..and many more like it, anyways back to the pc.. as you can see I got a intel i9 but not a 10th gen but a 11th! somehow I got a sweet upgrade for a cheaper price! next is the ram-a good 32gb will do just plenty for what I'm rarely going to use it for. next is the biggie, RTX 3080 ti (Vram 12GB!) I truly love it! and of course a decent power supply to power it all..now the CONS: the storage... unfortunately it ONLY has 1TB m2 SSD, so you're gonna HAVE to upgrade soon if you're planning to store more. NEXT is the GRAPHICS CARD...even if you do get a RTX 3080Ti you will get the cheaper model they have(in this case i got the ZOTAC brand)..so dont expect the NVIDA version, and plus you kind of loose some performance but not much to really call it a deal breaker, its still a great card/ however it does make a noise when playing heavier games and the heat increases. Other than that, I still recommend getting this PC, had it for a good 4 months and a half and still going strong, I love the side glass metal/plastic white tower with its RGB lights on the fans/CPU cooler/tower/graphics card! and get to even change it with any color you want through the application installed from the windows start up. If you find the Price manageable then id say go for it, i know due to popularity of crypto the prices of the PC has sky rocketed so do make a judgement call if its worth paying more then what it normally should cost, mine came out around 2500. ... show more

Everything is good except Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card it’s weak ….it’s an Asrock motherboard it’s ok but an ASUS ROG of course would be way better and DDR5 memory sticks too it came with DDR4 OLAY so basically, they skimp on everything else except the Intel card as stated, and graphics card was in ASUS TUF ... show more

In my experience after seeing up the pc I've been have blue screen errors. I hired an it guy to come and see if he could fix it and it was unsuccessful. I don't know if there was something that went wrong when updating it for the first time bit I've been really frustrated with this experience. Computer does not work. Tech support gave up almost immediately and shoved the problem off to Amazon. Don't buy from this brand unless you want to waste a saturday dealing with customer service and driving to ups to return your pc.

This seemed like great deal until it wasn't. After being on for a while, the displays. keyboard and mouse would suddenly drop out. Had to reboot to get them back. My guess is a bad power supply but don't know. Sent it back.

I tried everything but no matter what I did it wouldn't connect to a monitor I tried different ones and different cables and clean the thing and made sure all the wires was in and connect Save your time don't buy this pc
