Took about a 45 minutes to put together, but I'm a bit of a klutz with assembly. Works well in my small apartment, and allows me to use my dumb bells 20 to 40lbs nicely. Satisfied with this purchase.

The product needs some assembly. The instructions were very clear and everything packed well on arrival. I was able to assemble without any issues. The quality is very good, the steel framework is very heavy and it is very stable. The price was excellent and I am happy with my purchase.

This adjustable bench is sturdy and was not difficult to assemble. It's a good option for those who have a dedicated squat rack that has safety pins. You can adjust the height of the backrest and seat to your liking. It makes transitions from seated overhead press to flat bench press a cinch. Also you can save money on buying a bench separately from a squat rack because sometimes it adds over 150 dollars to include it as single package when you can get a bench of equal quality and you are just paying for the convenience of having them ship together.;) ... show more

    • Hard to put together, but good overall
Putting it together was nooooot fun. But it does the job once built. It's great it can be laid down fully or halfway or make it a seat. It's a bit hard to move around due to how the back can move, but if you are just having it one spot, you'll be good. Feels sturdy so far overall too.
