It’s very easy to switch bread types and toasting levels. I’ve never had anything not perfectly toasted as image implies, so the timer is spot on. I’ve even toasted over sized sourdough and it fits in the slots great. It’s easy to clean and look so nice on my counter. The price isn’t to bad compared to some others making this toaster a must have for us. Overall, I like the features and design of this unit. My only complaint is that it does not toast both sides of the bread evenly (one side is always lighter than the other). In addition, the touch setting take a bit of getting used to. It is very easy to use, yet there isn't a lot of user control once a selection has been made. I thought this should work a lot better than it does. It doesn’t toast very even and it takes a while to figure out the right setting. It either burned or barely toasted. So our search will continue.
