This is a nice size for me at 5 ft 7 inches. It is very much like those I have encountered in the physical therapist's office, but a little smaller. Easy to clean and sturdy. I would have given it five stars except that the edge over which my knees go is overly pointy. I am using a thick towel over the top to alleviate the situation.
