My older two children have had safety 1st car seats since they transitioned to the bigger car seats from the infant carriers. I have recommended this to so many friends because of just how easy it is!!! I am obsessed with this 360 car seat. The instructions were easy to read and set up is fast and simply for one person! I started using it for my new born at 3-4 weeks and just put him on a body carrier or in the stroller when I take him out. I prefer this 360 than the traditional click in car seat that you have to carry, it is much heavier and inconvenient for myself. I love that it grows with baby and he will be able to use it for years, definitely worth the money! ... show more

This is our second one bought, we have one and gave one to grand daughter for great grand daughter. We both love the convenience. I have beige and she has grey. Layla loves her ride and sleeps comfortably. Would recommend this to anyone.

I highly recommend this car seat, it has made life significantly easier for baby, and mama. The car seat its self is extremely durable, safe, comfortable, secure & easy to use. It reclines, spins a full 360, & padded VERY nicely. The car seat is 100% worth the price, no questions. I switched from EvenFlo ( uncomfortable, poor padding, nightmare to get in & out of, did not seem durable.)… so far my son has loved his new Safety1st car seat & it shows! CONS: seat belt adjusting I found very confusing to figure out , no shade pullover hood, car seat is permanently attached to car seat base. ... show more

My 2year old has the evenflo because I had a bigger income but when my 1 year old was born, I had to take off work longer to recover. The funds weren't there to buy the almost $400 evenflo (which is also a good purchase if you can afford it) However, guilt set in as I knew I couldn't get the more expensive brand but once I bought it. I like it more than the expensive brand in some areas. The comfort for the baby was better as it seems that put in a lot of thought in comfort. The installation was easy but Evenflo is easier. The cup holders are better in this brand as they lock into the seat vs Evenflo just place them in the slot but we already lost them... They are both good in their own way, if i had to do it all over again... I would buy 2 of this brand vs the expense of evenflo ... show more

I should have listened to the reviews when it said it was hard to turn.. my husband has a different brand of seat that turns perfectly. The color is nice & the seat is soft, but the turning feature sucks on this one.
