    • glue?
i was pretty excited about this but when i opened the box and removed the item i noticed that one of the pegs that keeps the roof in place had been broken off. I thought I could fix it, no biggie, it seems that glue was used and the box give no indication as what kind of glue it is. Which all of you pocket pet people know that some glues are toxic to our little friends. So, I'm now trying to remove all of the glue holding the pegs in place. It's cute and I can't wait to put it in my gerbilarium so I'm going to do the best I can to clean it up. I don t think it's not worth $30. ... show more

Packaged with care and arrived intact. Very sturdy and durable feeling. Beautiful wood color. Preassembled was best part! Excellent product Update: make sure you take it up off of the lid when using your wood glue to glue on the dowel stilt legs thingys (if you are putting it on top of 10 inches of bedding like is recommended) because now it is glued onto the lid and I can’t take the lid off and I guess my glue is the best because I tried prying it off lol 😭 I can’t believe I ruined this lol Update 2: i decided to go for it (come what may) and ripped the dowels off and there wasn’t a bunch of damage thank goodness 😅 I reglued the dowels with the lid no where in sight 🐹❤️🤓 ... show more

    • It's a nice little cubby for a hamster
This is a nice little Hideaway for a hamster but the material is not really strong so you need to be careful handling it. The hamster did not really chew on it but they do seem to enjoy sleeping in it. You just need to be careful when you take it out to clean the habitat that it does not fall apart the wood is a little thin. ... show more
