This is the second derma roller I have purchased this time at 1mm after some quick research. What a game changer! From night 1 it was noticeably penetrating the pores and sections of skin on my face, my dimples even deepened after the first use. I did inevitably get skin burn because I was so excited about the immediate results I went back in a night later. Turns out once a week is recommended not once a day, lesson learned! The item itself does what it's supposed to. It's easy to use and it works. My only problem is it that after using it with any oils for your hair it is very hard to clean in between the needles.
