My feelings about this item is I wish shoulder strap can be little tighter to fit on my shoulder while wearing slim waist trainer , it fit my stomach perfectly and its comfortable by wearing it everyday to workout . But other then that I like how it make me sweat by doing my workouts and runs . Hopefully I will see result by using it everyday and see where I go. This fits well and makes me sweat and I look good in it to the point where I’m like ok do I look like I’m trying to be hot in the gym? It sort of reminds me of lingerie but for the gym. Sounds weird but I love this thing and oh well who cares i will just wear it because I feel good in it.

This waist trainer will definitely make you sweat. I love that it has an inner layer in the front although it is difficult to put on and it even fit me a bit big. You should definitely size down. Once you have it on it’s pretty comfortable but I did have to keep pulling it down but it’s wasn’t a nuisance. I can’t say that it works YET! I haven’t been wearing it as often as I should but I loved how much slimmer I looked lol I do recommend it. ... show more

En mi caso no funciono,pork para mi cintura debes ser M pero no me sube ni por la cabeza ni por la cadera,y si la compro mas grande entonces de cintura me quedarias floja,fueras perfecta si todo en frente fuera abrieras con un zipper.

The quality is great. The clips are sturdy. It’s nice and long so it covers my whole belly front and back. When I put it on I have a little bit of room in my shoulder straps. Like it’s just a little too big. I will definitely buy again when this one gets worn out. I washed it with my regular laundry but I put it in a laundry mesh bag. Not sure if you’re supposed to machine wash but I did and it was just fine. ... show more

I didn’t know to put it on you have to put it over your head, I was shocked. Then you hook the hooks together but it’s secured and comfortable I work out wit it on with no problems.

When I first put it on I loved how it fit.. it felt tight & comfy but it didn’t make me sweat as much as other ones.. It had a strong nasty smell when I first opened it.. the second time I put it on it felt so big I put it on the tightest hook & still didn’t feel tight like the first time I wore it (on the looser hook) theeeen I started feeling like there were tiny pieces of glass on my back & stomach it felt so itchy & every time I would want to scratch I couldn’t because it felt like I was pushing glass into my skin!! Whatever chemical it smells like might of caused an allergic reaction.. before buying i read nothing but good reviews I go back & see the one star reviews & see multiple comments of people having the same problem ! ... show more
