I put these on top of the original inserts in my work shoes. Being a small guy I had to cut them down to fit. Once tweaked, they are perfect. I work Amazon delivery so I have high impact on my feet and knees. These really helped me out.

These help my feet not hurt after hrs on them, but this is the second set that wore out fast. Starting to get uncomfortable as the top layer under my heel has peeled off and is falling apart. Less than 1 month of use.

I stuffed these into a six year old pair of heavy duty work boots and went back to work weed whipping on steep hillsides and worked all day. Six year old boots on 70 year old feet, well worth the money.
