And the price was even better. After a week of using Noom I finally gave in to their science and agreed I would weigh myself every day. I bought this scale. It has been an incredible aid on my weight loss journey this year. I’ve used it almost daily since mid-April. It’s December now and I finally replaced the batteries that came with it. Not bad. The display on the device is large and clear. The app is not super user friendly, but I will say I’m very impressed with the sheer amount of data it can spit out. I love this scale. My wife and I just started on the Keto diet and this scale makes it super easy to track our weight without any fuss. Not only does it track your weight but your BMI, body fat percentage, body water, muscle mass, and so much more! Right out of the box (after installing the batteries) it works. Simply download the app from your App Store and set it up. Sometimes you get products and their joining app is horrible to use but not so here. No, it's straight forward and zero complications. What's awesome is that you can share this app's data with your iPhone's health app. And the app that we are using to track our Keto progress also reads/writes to the health app. So first thing in the morning we open the app, step on the scale, and it logs it everywhere it needs logged! It's so easy! The old scale this scale is replacing was also a digital scale but it wasn't "smart" enabled. The old one was also painfully inaccurate. I'd have to step on the thing three times and then average my weight as it gave me different readings each time! Not so with this scale. If you step on the scale 5 times, it will give you the exact same reading down to the 10th of a pound every time. Super accurate! I truly can't give this scale a better review or suggest it more to you. This is a great price for something this simple to use and useful to have. Truly, a great purchase.     • Amazing breakdown of bone, muscle, water and types of fat

I am blown away. I have been using a KORE 2.0 fitness watch and a digital scale to track progress. This new scale is able to tell me things I suspected, but put the whole body image in perspective. I have known my BMI classifies me as obese. Over the last two years, I have been increasing my exercise and eating healthier. I am at a 31 BMI, but I was a very toned athlete for many years before an injury sidelined me. My muscle mass is 75% of my weight. I recently tested for osteoporosis and am headed that way - but my bone mass is slowly growing and my protein intake is high. The best part was seeing my metabolic age. At age 60, I am still burning calories like someone in their mid 30’s. My doctor has cautioned me about getting the right exercise. I have Fibromyalgia and am sensitive to heat and cold. I have found a heated physical therapy pool (79-82 degrees year around) and can walk, swim, stretch in that environment with less residual pain. 20 pounds fell away over 6 months without radical dietary restriction. I have started replacing one meal each day with a high protein smoothie. My clothing size has dropped twice, and I am having to take in my pants at the waist. I think my doctor will be as pleased as I am. I still have areas to address, but have gone from severe vertigo and the need for a cane to walk to someone who kept up with my 30 year old daughter in New York using subways, buses and lots of walking as we ventured between Manhattan and Queens. This Renpho Bluetooth scale was a good investment for helping me take charge of my lifestyle and track results. ... show more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY THIS SCALE! This thing gives you a different weight every time, and I’m talking within seconds or minutes of each other. I don’t gain 3 pounds in three minutes or lose 5 pounds in 10 minutes or at least I hope I don’t. Lol. I followed all the instructions in the booklet it comes with, and online instructions and tips, “clean bare feet, clean scale, level floor, take your weight from the same place every time and stand exactly how it says in the instruction booklet to stand, stand straight, distributing your weight equally on each foot and don’t rock, etc. yada yada yada. I’ve spent way too much time hoping I was just being an idiot, but turns out this scale is a pile of junk that I wouldn’t even give to my in-laws. What really makes me so upset is I bought it for my father who has later stage emphysema and has lost a lot of weight because my mother just died from glioblastoma brain cancer and he quit eating for a long time. And I was trying to keep track of his body Weight and get so fat back on him, we are not a rich family at all, so can’t afford to go out and buy a new product until we find one that actually works so I’m just warning you all that this thing doesn’t work at all and don’t wast your money because you will be disappointed. ... show more

You need to put on this advertisement the warning of this item not being good for people having pacemakers. I bought it thinking it was going to be an excellent way to help with my weight loss for my CHF and low and behold I open it and read the little pamphlet and it said not to use it if you have a pacemaker. I don't usually take the time to right reviews, but I am so impressed with the scale, it deserves my time. First, the price is reasonable. But even more impressive, is how precise and consistent it is. You know those bathroom scales that will give you three different measurements if you step on it three times? Not this. This scale gives you weight, BMI, body fat % (not the same as BMI), free-fat body weight, sub q fat, visceral fat, body water, skeletal percentage weight, muscle percentage weight, bone mass weight, protein percentage, BMP and metabolic age. I didn't even know that when I bought it. And I have seen very precise , incremental changes over time as I have increased my exercise and improved my diet. I sort of expected the numbers to bounce around a percent or so, like a crappy scale and I would just estimate the average. Not at all. I would absolutely recommend this scale. ... show more
