It provides great comfort for her neck. The outside part of the collar is durable. 2)Reflective, yes. I chose orange because is a bright color and is also easy to see my dog. 3)Waterproof. Yes. My dog goes on the water almost every weekend. I use this collar all the time while on the boat. 4) It has a hook to add any ID or vaccination tags. Cons Even though it comes with a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw and add the air tag for your dog. It was difficult for me to remove the screw, so I recommend using an electric screwdriver, so the screw is easy to come out and place the air tag. Cindy Lou approves it!! ... show more

**Update: Customer service reached out and refunded me. I ordered a new one. Will update on how it works this time around.*** Ordered this about 2 weeks ago. Great concept and great way to keep the AirTag contained. However, the plastic of the the size adjustment piece broke after a little after a week from playing with our other dog and now it doesn’t stay tight and falls off. After viewing all 6 that I bought, there’s a very obvious weak weld spot holding it together. I can bend the ring with my fingers. I ordered 2 collars for our dogs. Received both very quickly considering the order was placed really close to Christmas. I received an email from the company prior to receiving the collars letting me know that if we had any issues, I could be assured that they would certainly handle it. Upon opening the 1st collar I found that there were great instructions on how to open the compartment to insert the Apple Tags, it even included a screwdriver to use. The first collar was no issue. However, the second collar would not release to open the compartment, even after getting my own screwdriver and attempting to open it with that. I reached out to the seller, and they sent a replacement right away. The collars look really nice on both of our Australian Shepherds and I love the fact that they are extremely sturdy and the reflective areas are sizable enough that they shine through our dogs’ long hair. ... show more

Bought this to add air tag feature as all-in-one unit at what seemed to be reasonable cost. Fabric was so pliable that kept loosing to maximum position, which was fine because my dog is so gentle and has so much hair, this is mostly for show and ID if he gets lost. It also has a strange design that is not reflected in the picture with the leash ring hanging off the side at awkward angle. Unfortunately the clasp broke in half after 9 months of standard real life use, so I am replacing with a leather collar and separate holder for air tag. Am slowly learning that the cheapest products aren't so cheap when you have to replace them multiple times. Amazon, you can do better! ... show more

Love the product - the ring prevents loss of collar if it were to come unsnapped. The AirTag holder has a screw tight feature to prevent loss of the air tag. The collar color is crisp and the reflective switching works! I am extremely happy with the product. I made a suggestion to the company and immediately got a reply indicating the feedback would be shared with the engineer.
