I needed this because, well…I didn’t know that $1000+ computer monitors didn’t have built in speakers anymore. I guess they figure that everyone is a gamer that sits there at the desk with headphones. In any case, for the price, this little soundbar has been excellent. No, it’s not studio quality sound, with 7.2 Dolby Atmos or anything, but for a basic setup, it’s been exceptional. This is a great speaker for its price, It was neatly packaged and looked amazing out of the box. It very easy to connect to my monitor as I just had to plug in both off the cables connected to the speaker and it was ready to go. The lights on the speaker are also great when it gets dark especially in my room as I don't have to look for the speaker to turn it down and up in volume because of the lights. The volume knob is very smooth and I have no problems with it. My only complaint is the sound isn't perfect compared to my headset but I was expecting that with the price as this is a pretty cheap soundbar. As the sound is very weird as its bass is very weird as the sound just doesn't sound the smooth. But the soundbar itself can be very loud. I use it to play video games such as fornite or battlefront but the sound is just off. Maybe it has to do with my setting for my Ps5. But overall this is a great speaker if your looking for a budget speaker. But if your looking for a speaker with perfect sound then I would recommend you buy a different speaker but expect the prices to only get higher. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Update: I was approached by the product support person, and I received a replacement. The new soundbar works perfectly. It sounds surprisingly clear and crisp with good positioning. Now I understand why so many people online recommend GS560. I recommend it too. The broken soundbar also showed how good is the support team at Redragon. They contacted me pretty fast and sent the replacement in a couple of days. Original post: Right speaker does not function (see the video). Lighting works, although I would preferred broken lighting and working speakers if I can’t have both. The media could not be loaded. For 28 bucks this little bar does the trick for just basic gaming and streaming. If you’re an audiophile and need more, this little bar won’t provide what you’re looking for. If you just want to hear something rather than from stock monitor speakers, and want a sound bar, than this works great especially for the price. I live in a 1600 sq. ft. condo and can hear this from master bedroom to living room with doors closed it’s loud enough, but not too loud where sound gets distorted. Overall I’m very happy for a great priced low budget speaker. June 2022: Its been over a couple months since I purchased this sound bar. Thought at one point it was giving out because sound was pretty distorted. Found out my Mobo sound gave out. Bought a sound card awhile back and popped that in and the SoundBar is still working great. Not to mention with SoundBlaster Command Software the RedDragon is still Roaring Strong, sounds better with a couple of Tweaks. I really like this soundbar and if I need to buy another I will definitely be coming back! Really also digging RedDragon Products. Pro Tip: Save up and wait till Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Bought this for an older family member, they just couldn't hear it. Even at it's loudest setting I was surprised at how low it was - I have good hearing and I'm not sure I would have been happy with it - but they couldn't hear it so we couldn't use it. Back it went.

I recently purchased this because my previous computer sound bar was emitting a constant static noise. I'm so happy I did, because this is a great value. It's super crisp, clear, and I feel immersed in the sound. It's not bass heavy, which I expected and speakers with heavy bass are usually much larger and more expensive (and don't particularly care for heavy bass anyways). Definitely a good purchase. The only downside was figuring out the touch RGB controls and their limitations. It's basically three colors plus a moving rainbow, which I don't love. Impressive for the price. Definitely a bang for your buck kind of deal. The highs and mid levels are clear and punchy. Theres some bass distortion if you crank it, but you can use a eq on it. Used it with gaming and playing music simultaneously.
