This supplement by Qunol is a blend of turmeric, boswellia, collagen, boron and hyaluronic acid. Turmeric is pretty well studied for possible joint benefits. Collagen as well could have some restorative properties in the body. But do your own research, as I'm not qualified to give medical advice. This is a proprietary blend, so you don't know the total amounts of each ingredient. The pill is a standard capsule size that you expect from almost all supplements. It's very orange, so you know there's lots of turmeric in it. The bottle contains 60 capsules for a sixty-day supply. The bottle is a good value for the price. I'm confident that the Qunol brand represents a quality product, although this 5-in-1 Joint Support Supplement is my first Qunol purchase. Taking the recommended one capsule daily, containing five ingredients (collagen, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, boron, boswellia seratta extract) is definitely better than taking five separate supplements. Since I'm allergic to glucosamine, this turmeric-based product seemed like a good alternative. After about 10 days of taking this product, I honestly haven't seen a great improvement in my joint aches and pains, but as a senior woman with tired knees, I know can't expect miracles. There does seem to be a mild change for the better, which is encouraging; I will continue to take a daily capsule until my supply is depleted, then reassess. The only thing I really don't care for is the taste of the capsules, but they aren't difficult to swallow with a beverage. It would also be nice to know the exact percentages of each ingredient, since I do take other supplements (e.g. collagen) and don't want to exceed recommended intakes. Otherwise, this seems to be a safe, hopefully more effective with time, product. ... show more

I've been taking turmeric for several years, to include that available from Qunol, and while it helps, it seems to be missing something. I've also tried Glucosamine Chondroitin with little noticeable benefit. So I was happy to try out this 5-in-1 Joint Support Supplement, which combines turmeric with four other ingredients (Boswellia Serrata, Hyaluronic Acid, Boron, and Undenatured Type II Collagen) it so far it's seemed to do more than just the turmeric alone. I've reached an age where I don't expect zero discomfort in my knees and joint, but this product has certainly helped to keep that number lower than before. ... show more

I like that this is only a one pill dose, so it's convenient to take daily. The ingredients that are listed are known to be effective in supporting joint health, which is a definite plus. And the pills are easy to swallow. However, I am disappointed that the blend is proprietary, meaning I couldn't determine the exact amounts of each ingredient included. Additionally, I found that the supplement doesn't have the best taste. While this might not be a dealbreaker for everyone, it's worth mentioning for those who are sensitive to taste. Overall, I still found it to be effective in supporting my joint health. If the proprietary blend and taste aren't major concerns for you, it could be worth giving it a try for its fast-acting formula and convenience. ... show more

Inside the bottle everything was orange – the cotton, the bottle and of course the capsules. Some of the capsules were either not put together or had come apart and the good stuff was loose about the bottle. This is the principal reason for 3 stars. Regarding the product, it appears to be a good collection of ingredients for joint pain. And I think it’s working for me, a surprise, since glucosamine and chondroitin didn’t do anything. I dislike they don’t list the quantity of each ingredient. You don’t know what you are taking exactly and makes it hard to compare to other offerings. The company that makes curcuwin ultra+, the star ingredient, says clinical studies prove 250 mg of it is effective. I would assume Qunol puts at least 250 mg of curcuwin ultra+ into this product, but they don’t say so, they just say all the ingredients combined come to 410 mg. It’s nice it takes just one capsule a day for effect. ... show more

Qunol 5-in-1 Joint Support Supplement I guess Qunol's television advertising is effective, because I've chosen their products over others at Walmart before. But more importantly, I've always been satisfied. So far, so good with this turmeric blend for my old man joints. There's no turmeric scent or taste, so that tells me the capsules are well sealed. You only need one a day, and my bottle's expiration date is exactly 2 years out, so everything is definitely fresh. ... show more

This is a quality company that we've used off and on for years. It may be pricier than some of the competition, but at least you know what you're getting with them.
