Nice chair. Easy to assemble if you follow directions. Chair is relatively comfortable but I did add a memory foam cushion to sit on because the seat is very hard with no cushion. If you lean back it will back automatically recline and you can not change a setting to have it stay upright. Easy to pull out the leg rest. No instructions on how to do it so, FLIP the leg rest upside down when it is pulled out THEN you can slide it under chair. The right arm on my chair will not stay tight and I have to keep tightening it up. I need to call manufacturer about this issue. I ordered the cream and it is very attractive. I was very excited about purchasing this chair as it looked nice, was easy to assemble, and had sturdy pieces. However, after using it for a week, I noticed that it was quite wobbly. I could rock back and forth in it, which shouldn't be happening. I tightened all of the screws, but it still remained wobbly. Additionally, the bottom piece that holds up the seat rolls around, which is quite uncomfortable. Despite these issues, I find the chair mostly comfortable. The headrest, which I initially thought I wouldn't need, has become a necessity. I appreciate the pull-out leg rest, but I worry that it may wear down and bend over time with use. My husband, who weighs 280lbs, sat in the chair and found it unsupportive. On the other hand, I weigh about 145lbs and find it comfortable. However, I'm not sure about its durability in the long run. Although the chair looks nice and has good material quality, I wouldn't recommend going crazy while sitting in it. It's not a buy-once-cry-once chair, at least not in terms of quality. This chair is pretty and comfortable. The only problem we had was that the arm rests were a little to low for my big husband and to use it for our own build desk. We wanted to return the chair so contacted them....their customer service was fantastic. Speedy reply and they really worked it out with us. No struggles at all.
