I'm an older guy who loves life and so exercises everyday to maintain health and the ability to do all the things I want to do. One of the things I do is weight lift and I do this at home. For the last 5 years I've been using a list of the lifts I want to do that is/was printed on a 8x11 sheet of paper and so would have to put my glasses on to read the next lift. Not any more! These things are awesome. Big enough to read without glasses and even better, with them being laminated I can make notations on them with a dry erase marker. Wish I had gotten these a long time ago. They may not have every lift listed but the ones they have are more than adequate for the average person and for the one's that are not listed that you like to do, just write it down on the poster. The laminated posters are well made and will last a long time. There are more exercises on these posters than one person could possible do in any one or two-hour workout. My only complaint is that the illustrations fall short on many of the exercises in demonstrating how to do the exercise, particular those exercises that require multiple moves or positions. Most simply show a man or woman in two positions. I think I would prefer a lesser number of exercises and a greater number of step-illustrations. ... show more

These are fully laminated and are exactly what it says they are: fully illustrated examples of exercises. Great variety focusing on each part of your body. They arrived compactly rolled in a tube and unrolled them and tacked them on the wall where I wanted them. They’re too rigid and stiff for tape of any kind. They’re also two sided which is a bonus. I tacked the corners first putting them up and then one tack between those for a total of 8 tacks. Trust me, use tacks. I would definitely buy from these guys again. I like getting exactly what’s in the picture. Also in the pic, you can see their size in relation to a door and a 55inch TV. I have uploaded photos but it keeps uploading them upside down. ... show more

These are just as described. Show lots of workouts and are DOUBLE SIDED so you can hang them horizontally or vertically, as they show the same things on both sides.

The posters are laminated and sturdy, they are standard poster size. It's nice because you have the option of using them vertically or horizontally (the same exercises are printed on both sides, one up to down, one side to side). Theres a good variety of exercises, and is perfect for our home gym. I used double sided tape to mount and they haven't budged( affixed to concrete basement walls).I bought the 3 pack and I am very happy with it. When you get them, place some heavy books or items on each corner to uncurl them. I left them overnight like that and they were ready to hang in the a.m. ... show more
