After I read the reviews, I decided to cross my fingers and order these ribbons. They were indeed just like the picture showed AND the polka dots did not come off with water or with ironing steam. I used them in making hair clips 'fancy' with ribbon and a satin rose.

I ordered this ribbon a lot from that seller. Every other ribbon has a lot of stains or very wrinkled. Some of them I had to return. Then you receive a good one. For another order you get again wrinkled or stained. It's like a lottery what will you win.
