Description

The ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat ½-inch creates a large, comfortable, and durable surface for workouts and exercise equipment while protecting your floor. The interlocking foam mats are made from thick EVA foam which absorbs impact and noise during workouts and provides a soft surface for ground exercises like push-ups, crunches and yoga movements and weight lifting workouts. Easy-to-assemble interlocking foam floor pads when put together covers 24, 48 or 144 square feet with end borders for a clean, finished look. Each tile is ½ inch thick from the highest point of the texture. It comes in five color options and is great for garages, fitness rooms, gyms, children’s play areas, and other hard floors. The foam puzzle mat contains no phthalates.

Depending on what you're using these for it could be perfect, but don't expect to be able to drop any weights on these. If you're anything like me than you're really bad at doing research before buying, so please for the love of God do some research first!!! These are foam, so you'll want to use them for things like yoga or stretching. And for that theyre perfect. I bought these to put under a home gym, on top of carpet to protect it from wear and tear, sweat, etc. It took some time to cut them and get them to fit just right (this was due to the room size/shape, not the mats). After getting them set, I assembled the home gym on top of it. This was a challenge because the mat tiles kept moving and separating. But once the gym was assembled, I fixed them as best I could. But the challenge was getting them to stay in place while using the gym... The pic is of the mats adjusted after the gym was assembled. I wasn't sure how these would work on a carpet, even though there are reviews that show them on carpet... I found out and it didn't work out that great. As you move around the gym, and use the gym, the mats/squares move a bit and start to bunch/buckle here and there. At one point, the tiles shifted a couple inches back to the wall and bunched up... Some of the seams started to pull and tried to separate even when I was just walking/standing on them. I have a low profile carpet in this room. I think if the surface of these squares wasn't soo smooth, it would work better at staying put and gripping the carpeted floors. But they seem to slide too easily on carpet. I ended up removing all of them from under the home gym and just used a few squares for a space to do sit-ups and other floor exercises, stretches, etc. I have a basement closet I can use these in, so it's not a loss... But I was disappointed I couldn't use them for what I bought them for. This is the reason for the 3 star review. The product itself seems to be as described and was easy to assemble/install. I'd recommend them, but not to put on top of carpeting. ... show more

Super easy to assemble and cut if necessary to make it work for your space. I've only had it down for a little over a week, but I train on it a few times a week and it serves its purpose. It doesn't move, you can easily slide equipment around, and hopefully will hold up to the dumbbell drop ;-). For the price, it's worth it! ... show more

So I thought I'd be a good guy and pick this up for my son so he doesn't ruin the floor tile by dropping weights. and I was testing by dropping a ten pound weight and it bounced up and hit me in the crotch and exploded...well, never mind. Doctor says I cans still have children, so thumbs up

I use these for an at-home gym. I already had a set and thought that these would connect to the ones that I currently have... they don't. I assume that is my bad and won't penalize my review for it, but I do recommend making sure you know what you are getting. Even tho they don't mate with my existing tiles, I put the edge pieces in and have these meeting against the other tiles. If I encounter issues with the two sets slipping away from each other, I will duct tape them together. I haven't had to do that yet. ... show more
