I had great experience using Pro Grade Paint Brushes. Bristles are nice and soft, and do not leave brush strokes.I used those on three different finishes/ paint types. Very pleased. And they do not shed at all. Great value.

    • Cheap but effective
Used these for a table refinishing project I did. It easily applied the polyurethane without bristles breaking off or leaving streaks. Well worth the price.

For the price these are pretty good. Bristles are good, but they just aren’t full enough when compared to Wooster or Purdy brushes. These brushes will do the job but, if you are painting with a lot of trim and edges. I’d spend the extra money and get the nicer brands.

Are they Purdys? No, but neither is the price. I've been buying this line of brushes as a DIY homeowner for a long time. Given the cost they are almost disposable, but given the quality they are worth cleaning and reusing. Yes, I clean them if it is easy, but at the least bit of crud I throw them away, meaning when I get lazy I don't regret it. I see no reason for a non-professional to buy another line of brushes. ... show more

These brushes worked great for what I was doing. I was painting a bed loft that I made out of wood and it’s going great. They’re very soft and easy to use. Something I might change about them is maybe making one a smaller width so it can fit easier into smaller paint cans but otherwise they’re great. ... show more

Love these brushes! I love fresh paint but hate painting. I purchased these as cheap brushes for a project and expected to just toss when done. I found that they washed up nicely and felt smooth when painting. I had the nicest paint lines when cutting in edges than I've ever had before.
