If I could have given this dress 3.5 stars, I would have. It’s ok. The slit is positioned well, and the fabric is opaque. It isn’t very forgiving though. And the straps are placed oddly in the front; like, too close together for the style it was going for. It makes bra straps stand out and look obvious and weird. I’d recommend going with a strapless bra or clear straps. Also, Amazon should scrutinize their returns better. This dress was obviously worn and returned. I’ve washed it 3 times now, and still can’t get the smell of the previous owner’s perfume out of it. If I had a back up plan for the event I wore it to, I would have returned the dress. ... show more

The neckline and straps are nothing like the picture and rather cheap. But the thickness of the material is nice, as well as supportive and soft. The slit is also flattering. I just might tuck the straps to make it a bandeau top.

I bought this dress for a Jessica Rabbit Halloween costume. It is super soft, comfortable, and I got so many compliments! It is very stretchy and form-fitting. I originally bought a small and although it fit because of the stretchiness, I ended up returning it and getting a medium. I was expecting it to be a thinner, silky material, but it is actually much thicker and softer. It's versatile and I will definitely be wearing it again, not as a Halloween costume! I wish I liked This dress more because it really was cute. The dress was ill- fitted and laid oddly on my body. The material was heavier than I thought Which made the dress bulky. The straps weren’t right and constantly fell off and one even broke and I had to sew it last minute.

The dress is stretchy and the slit is flattering. I could not get past the "neckline" though. It did not look like the photo and sort of pulled the straps weirdly. It's also quite tight and created a SLIGHT bubble effect
