I ordered this coat in 2 colors. I recieved the first as scheduled . A nice coat . Fit well. Arrived very wrinkled however so needs pressing. Still a good coat for the cost. True to size. The second was delayed twice. I canceled this coat and reordered in 2 other colors. Now one is supposedly lost and being retracked. Still waiting on the second. Great coat but terrible service. What happened to Prime delivery?? What a joke it has become. Went from 2 day free shipping to whenever they want to send it out except for a few items. Why bother paying for prime?
